CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING PERMIT
TO MARCO AND MARIE SENALDI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works having filed
a report of his recommendations on the application of Marco
and Marie Senaldi for a Grading Permit, the City Council here-
by authorizes the City Clerk to issue to Marco and Marie
Senaldi a Grading Permit to grade that parcel of property
shown on the Grading Plans for the Lands of Marco and Marie
Senaldi, prepared by Hans R. Mulberg, dated February 1964,
Drawing No.642OO1-D3 (Sheet 2). Said Grading Permit shall
provide that the grading be done in accordance with the Grad-
ing Plan and the report and recommendations of the Director
of Public Works, which is hereby referred to and by this re-
ference made a part hereof. Said Permit shall contain pro-
visions indemnifying and holding the City, its elective offi-
cials, officers and employees harmless from claims, and fur-
ther requiring conduction of the grading work in a manner that
it will not injure the property in the vicinity of the land
to be graded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall collect
the cost of defraying the expense of the examination and the
report by the Director of Public Works in the sum of
Ten and no/lO0 Dollars ($ 10.O0 )
prior to issuing the Permit, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works
shall ascertain by inspection that said grading is performed
in accordance with the Permit and upon its completion shall
file with the City Clerk a report stating the results of said
inspection and certifying that the grading has been performed
in accordance with the Permit.
