CITY COUNCIL~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO· STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES FROM THE COLORADO FUEL
AND IRON CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the acceptance of that certain grant of
easement for street and highway purposes executed by Colo-
rado Fuel and Iron Corporation to the City of South San
Francisco, dated the 28th day of February, 196~, is hereby
authorized and the City Clerk is further authorized to
record said grant of easement with County Recorder.
