CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTOR-
NEY TO CONSENT TO CANCELLATION OF TAXES
ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco acquired certain
parcels of real property for public purposes, to wit:
Code Area 13-010
Assessor's Parcel No. 015-112-16:
Lot 26, Blk l, Person & Swanson Inc. Tract
RSM 55/12 13.
Code Area 13-010
Assessor's Parcel No. 015-112-45:
Lot 29, Blk 1, less Ptn to Street, Person
& Swanson Ind. Tract RSM 55/12 13.
and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County
has heretofore in Resolution No. 19563, passed ou the llth day
of February, 1964, cancelled taxes on said parcels, and the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to
authorize the City Attorney of said City to consent to the
cancellation of taxes pursuant to Section 4986 of the Revenue
and Taxation Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The City Attorney of the City of South San Francisco
is authorized to cons,ut to cancellation of taxes on those
parcels of real property acquired for street and highway pur-
poses, to with:
Code Area 13-010
Assessor's Parcel No. 015-112-16:
Lot 26, Blk 1, Person & Swanson Ind. Tract
RSM 55/12 13.
Code Area 13-010
Assessor's Parcel No. 015-112-45:
Lot 29, Blk 1, less Ptn to Street, Person
& Swanson Ind. Tract RSM 55/12/13.
2. This Resolution be filed with the Board of Super-
visors of the County of San Mateo.
