B891 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT OVER LOTS 13, 14, 29, 30 AND 31, BLOCK 10, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK NO.3 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that: 1. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Public Service Easements Vacation Law, Government Code Section 50430 et. seq. 2. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the ~ day of ~ , 19 , at 8 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, South San Francisco, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in, or hav- ing objections to, the proposed vacation of a 20-foot public utility easement over Lots 13, 14, 29, 30 and 31, Block 10, South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No.3, recorded in San Mateo County Records on July 11, 1958, in Book 49 of Maps at pages 25, 26, 27 and 28, may appear before said Council and be heard. 3. A copy of this Resolution shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in said City in the manner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances in said City. 4. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this Council, to vacate a 20-foot public utility easement over Lots 13, 14, 29, 30 and 31, Block 10, on that certain map entitled "South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No.3" filed for record on July 11, 1958, in Book Public Hearing date not set due to incorrect block num- ber. This resolution rescinded by Resolution No. 3908 adopted April 6, 1964. 49 of Maps at pages 25, 26, 27 and 28, San Mateo County Records, more particularly described as follows: Those certain 10-foot Public Utility Easements lying on each side of the line dividing said lots 30 and 31 and also on each side of the line dividing said lots 13 and 14, also that certain 20 foot Public Utility Easement which lies within said lot 29 a distance of 10 feet on each side of the southeasterly prolongation of said line dividing lots 13 and 14. 5. Notices of the vacation of said public utility easements shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the portion proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing. Such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, but not less than three shall be posted.
