HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3892-1964RESOLUTION NO. 389~ CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON CHRISTENSEN AVENUE IN .SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK NO.3 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, as follows: 1. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Street Vacation Act of 1941. 2. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 4th day of May , 1964 , at 8 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in, or having objections to, the proposed vacation of Christensen Avenue, Industrial Park Unit No.3, as hereinafter described, may appear before said Council and be heard. 3. A copy of this Resolution shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City in the manner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances in said City. 4. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of this Council to vacate, Christensen Avenue, Industrial Park Unit No.3, as shown on the map on file in the office of the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto, and said portion is described as follows: Ail that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: Christensen Avenue as said avenue is shown on that certain map entitled "SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO.3, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", as said map was recorded July 11, 1958, in Volume 49 of Maps at pages 25, 26, 27 and 28, San Mateo County Records. 5. Notices of the vacation of Christensen Avenue, South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No.3, shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the portion proposed to be vacated at least ten (lO) days before the date set for the hearing. Such notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, but not less than three shall be posted. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a held this 16th day of March the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN regular meeting , 19 64., by Patrick E.
