CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE FILING OF AN AMENDED
ASSESSMENT FOR LOT 13 BLOCK 11 SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO.2-B
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land, to wit: as described
in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and hereby incorporated here-
in and made a part hereof, upon which there is an unpaid assess-
ment against which bonds have been issued and which has been
subdivided and which the City Council, on application of the
owner, desires to segregate and apportion unpaid installments
of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to
the several parts of the original parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or
parcel of land described, to wit: as described in "Exhibit A~'
attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a
part hereof, including map or plot plan showing how such lot
or parcel has been divided, make said amended assessment so
that the total amount of the assessment of the several portions
of said lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment
upon the original lot or parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of the said re-
port and amended assessment, the City Clerk shall fix a .time
and place for hearing upon the amended assessment and shall
give notice of the hearing by publication. Said time and no-
rice shall confmrm to the requirements of Section 8732 of
the Streets and Highway Code of the State of California.
