CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO SIGN THE PETITION
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BUTLER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City of South San Francisco participate
in the Butler Road Improvement Project to the extent set forth
in the Butler Road Preliminary Assessment Schedule, dated
January 24, 1964 as approved by Louis H. Goss, Director of
Public Works; and should it be required that City become a
party to the petition, that the Mayor of the City of South
San Francisco shall sign for the City of South San Francisco.
