CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDING
AGREEMENT WITH PAUL D. MARKLING, ARCHITECT--PUBLIC
LIBRARY AND EMERGENCY OPERATING CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the amending Agreement
entitled "AMENDMENT NO. 1, AGREEMENT (ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
PUBLIC LIBRARY AND EMERGENCY OPERATING CENTER)" is hereby
authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City
is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City and City Clerk is instructed to attest thereto.
