CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRADING
PERMIT TO WESTBOROUGH HOMES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the
application of Westborough Homes for a Grading Permit,
the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to
issue a Grading Permit in form and content attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" entitled "Grading Permit To Westborough Homes."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin-
ation and the report by the Director of Public Works in
the sum of Ten and no/lO0 Dollars ($ 10.00 )
prior to issuance of the Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 20bh day of ADril
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Pabrick E. Ahem, Frank Berbucelll, Emilio
Corbesl, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
