CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT
FOR LOT 13 BLOCK 11 SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO IN-
DUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO.2-B
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended assess-
ment and pursuant thereto the Director of Public Works, ex-
officio Superintendent of Streets, has filed with the City
Clerk Report and Amended Assessment of a lot or parcel of land
pursuant to Resolution No. 3893 dated the 16th day of March,
1964, which Report is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and in-
cludes the map or plot plan showing how said lot or parcel
has been divided and the amended assessments so that the total
amount of the assessments of the several portions of said lot
or parcel are equal to the unpaid assessment upon the original
lot or parcel, and,
WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearing held as
required by law and the City Council upon said hearing held on
the ~Obh day of April , 1964 has determined that
no objections have been filed and good cause exists for the
making of said amended assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the amended assessment
of Lot 13 Block 11 South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit
No.2-B as set forth in the Report of the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, attached hereto, be
and the same is hereby confirmed and the City Clerk shall
take the required action to have entered upon the assess-
ment roll the installments becoming due on each component
part of the original parcel opposite a description of the
respective parcels so assessed.
