CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY COUNCIL'S
POLICY WITH RESPECT TO SANITARY SEWER SER-
VICES FOR A PORTION OF THE WESTBOROUGH AREA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council makes the following
policy declaration with respect to sanitary sewer services
for a portion of Westborough Unit No.4:
That a sanitary sewer connection may be made to the
Avalon Park sewer line to accommodate the sanitary sewer flow
from a portion of Westborough Unit No.4, provided undertakings
are made by the respective parties as set forth in the Di-
rector of Public Works' Inter-Office Memorandum to the Plan-
ning Commission dated April 8, 1964, Subject: Tentative Map-
Grading Plan Westborough Unit No.4.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
