HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3924-1964RESOLUTION NO. 3924 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF SERVICE FOR WATER SERVICE L0~RIE-BOTHIN-SWANSON PROJECT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, as follows: ~EREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3106, a Resolution of Inten- tion to Acquire and Construct Improvements, Lowrie-Bothin-Swanson Project, adopted by this Council on November 7, 1960, it is proposed that the City acquire a right of service from water facilities in the tract more particularly described in said Resolution of Intention; and WHEREAS~ Bothin Real Estate Company, The Lowrie Paving Company~ Inc., and Victor S. Swanson, the owners of all of the properties within the assessment district, have contracted with Bank of America N. T. & S.A., San Mateo Branch, Third Avenue and B Street, for providing said service for $34,169~ NOW~ THEREFORE~ IT IS ORDERED and DETERMINED as follows: 1. That City accept said right of service for said water facilities. 2. That a warrant be drawn on the Construction Fund for said project in the sum of $34,169, to Bank of America N.T. & S.A. for the acquisition of said right of service by City. I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this 4th day of May, 1964, by the followin~ vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ABSENT, " Patrick E.
