CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRADING
PERMIT TO WESTBOROUGH HOMES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the
application of Westborough Homes for a Grading Permit,
the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to
issue a Grading Permit in form and content attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" entitled "~rading Permit To Caesar-Callan
Homes Inc., dba Westborough Homes."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin-
ation and the report by the Director of Public Works in
the sum of Ten and no/lOO Dollars ($ 10.00 )
prior to issuance of the Permit.
