CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF DEDICATION
FROM MARCO SE~ALDI -- MARCO WAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said Council does hereby authorize the acceptance
of a Deed of Dedication fromM arco and Marie Senaldi wherein said
parties dedicate for public road, sanitary sewer, storm drain and
other public utility purposes the use of a certain strip of land
set forth in a Grant executed by the Pacific Gas and Electric
Company, a California corporation, toM arco and Marie Senaldi,
dated May 18, 1964 and recorded May 19, 1964 in Volume 4714 of
Official Records of San Mateo County at page 48, and the lands of
Marco and Marie Senaldi set forth in the following description:
COMMENCING at a point on the easterly line of that
certain ~7.596 acre parcel of land described in the
Deed to Pacific Gas and Electric Company, dated April
3, 1925 and recorded February 26, 1926 in Book 210 of
Official Records ~of San Mateo County at page 107
(54968-A) said point of commencement being distant N
89" 27' East, 359.69 feet from Station 286/39.34'oo
the center line of' Bayshore Freeway (State Highway
Route IV-SM-68-S.S.F.); thence from said point of
comme~cemen~. ~.~.0~.~.06, West along the easterly line.~of
said-Lands of Pacific Gas and Electric Company 227~84 '~
feet to the TR~UE POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter
described road easement known as Marco Way, and runnir~g

left with a radius of 50.00 feet and a central angle
of 60" 00' 00" an arc length of 52.36 feet to a point

point on the SouthweSterly. line of South Airport
Boulevard (formerly .BaYshore Highway); thence along said
southWesterly:line S 25"'~31' East, 50.94 feet; thence
leaving said southwesterly line S 53° 27' 08" West,
371.17 feet toe'the T~. POINT OF BEGINNING.
BE IT ~ RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby
is, directed to cause said Deed of Dedication, together with a
certified copy of this Resolution, to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of May,
196~, by the following vote:

E~ilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J.
Rozzi.
