CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT TO IMPROVE MARCO WAY
WHEREAS, City has heretofore by Resolution No.3954
accepted the dedication of Marco Way by Marco and Marie
Senaldi on the condition that Marco and Marie Senaldi con-
struct and install improvements as set forth on the Im-
provement Plan of Marco Way Plan and Profile No.642OO1-D7
dated May 19, 1964, and secure the performance of said con-
struction and installation by appropriate security and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that it is in the
interest of the City's public health, safety and welfare
that the City enter into an agreement with Marco and Marie
Senaldi for the construction and installation of the improve-
ments on Marco Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of South
San Francisco enter into an agreement with Marco and Marie
Senaldi for the improvement of Marco Way, all as particular-
ly set forth in the Agreement dated May 18, 1964, executed
by Marco Senaldi and Marie Senaldi, and particularly as set
forth in the plans entitled "Improvement Plan of Marco Way,
Plan and Profile, Drawing No.642001-D7, dated May 1964",
prepared by Hans R. Mulberg, Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco shall sign said Agreement on behalf of
said City, and the City Clerk shall attest to his signature.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 18th day of
1964 , by the following vote:
