CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND
REPORT OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION REZONING WEST
PARK--A PORTION OF WESTBOROUGH PLANNED COMMUNITY
DISTRICT OR P.C. DISTRICT AND ORDERING ENDORSEMENTS
AFFIXED TO SAID REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South~
San Francisco has duly filed its report and recommendation to
rezone a portion of Westborough area, designated as West
Park and more particularly hereinafter described Planned
Community District or P.C. District after hearings and pro-
cedures in accordance with the Government Code of the State
of California and relevant ordinances of the City of South
San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the C~ty COuncil of the City of South San
Francisco after hearing duly conducted as required by law,
desires to approve said proposed rezoning and endorses same
to show that it has been adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve the report
and recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of
South San Francisco to wit: to rezone the portion of West-
borough, designated West Park and more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, Planned Community District
or P.C. District as set forth in the report and recommendations
of the Planning Commission, and orders the endorsement of
said report and recommendations by the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco whose signature shall be attested to by
the City Clerk to evidence that said report and recommendation
