CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
EJECTOR STATION NO.5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Coun-
cil and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the ~ls~ day of Ma~ , 1964 , for
the work to be done and the improvement to be made as des-
cribed and specified in Resolution No.qq~7 entitled "A RESO-
LUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZING THE
WORK AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF EJECTOR
STATION NO.5".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing the work and improvements
and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
R. W. Johnston & Son
at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said success-
ful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all bonds
in connection with it, and the City Clerk of said City is
hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City.
