CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO A. C. FREEMAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
quitclaim deed to A. C. Freeman wherein the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, quitclaims a
6'-0" strip of land to A. C. Freeman is hereby authorized
and the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is autho-
rized to execute the quitclaim deed on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a ~gml~r meeting
held on the 1st day of June , 19 6~,
by the following vote:
