CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
DIRECTORS DEED (QUITCLAIM OF THE RESTRIC-
TIONS OF ACCESS RIGHTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Directors Deed (Quitclaim)
executed the 29th day of March, 1963, wherein the State of
California, acting by and through its Director of Public
Works, quitclaimed to the City of South San Francisco the
restriction of access rights along the northerly twenty
feet of the westerly line of State freeway, Road IV-SM-68-SSF,
described as "N. 4° 03' W., 1,573.52 feet" in Deed No. 2294
to the State of California recorded October 31, 1946, in
Volume 1313, Page 3, of Official Records of San Marco County,
is hereby accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regulm~
meeting held on the 15th day of June
1964 , by the following vote:
