A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF A CORPORATION GRANT DEED FROM CABOT,
CABOT & FORBES DATED JUNE 15, 1964 -
BUTLER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Corporation Grant Deed dated
June 15, 1964, conveying to City a parcel of property de-
scribed as "being a portion of Lot 23,,Block 15, a portion
of Lot 41, Block 16, and all of Lot 42, Block 16, as said
lots and blocks are shown on that certain map entitled
'South San Francisco Industrial Park, Unit No. 3, South San
Francisco, San Mateo County, California,' filed for record
in Book 49 of Maps at pages 25 to 28, San Mateo County Re-
cords," which parcels are more particularly described in
said Deed, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is author-
ized to record said Grant Deed in the Official Records of
San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and ad~pted by the City Council of
