CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION'
OF AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "AGREEMENT LO-
CATING EASEMENT" SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3-A.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement
entitled "AGREEMENT LOCATING EASEMENT~ wherein the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, Cabot,
Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, and I. Schuman, an individual, confine a
twenty (20) foot easement within the boundaires of Lot
15 Block 16 South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No.
3-A is hereby authorized and Mayor of said City is autho-
rized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and
City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
