CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE
TA~ COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, TO CERTAIN LOTS
IN LOMALINDA TERRACE UNIT NO.1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Deed dated May 28, 1964, from
Ross Conti, Tax Collector of the County of San Mateo, to
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
wherein Lot 18 Block 2, A.R.B. Lot 19 Block 2, and A.R.B.
Lot 15 Block 1, Lot 1 Block 1, Loma Linda Terrace Unit No.1,
are conveyed to the City of South San Francisco, is ac-
cepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said Deed with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo.
