CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS - INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC CON-
TROL SYSTEM AND HIGHWAY LIGHTING SYSTEM AT
THE INTERSECTION OF WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD
WITH STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 117 (JUNIPERO
SERRA BOULEVARD)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the agreement between the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the
State of California, Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, wherein provision is made for the construction
and installation of a traffic control signal system and
highway lighting at the intersection of Westborough Boule-
vard with State Highway Route 117 (Junipero Serra Boule-
vard), is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is further authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 6th day of
1964 by the following vote:
