CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS - INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC CON-
TROL SIGNAL SYSTEM AND HIGHWAY LIGHTING
AT THE INTERSECTION OF CLAY STREET WITH
STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 117 (JUNIPERO SERRA
BOULEVARD)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal cor-
poration, and the State of California, Department of Pub-
lic Works, Division of Highways, wherein provision is made
for the installation of a traffic control signal system and
highway lighting at the intersection of Clay Street with
State Highway Route 117 (Junipero Serra Boulevard), is
hereby authorized, and the Mayor of said City is authorized
to sign said agreement on behalf of the City and City
Clerk attests his signature thereto.
