CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PENINSULA HUMANE
SOCIETY EXTENDING THE EXISTING AGREEMENT
FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF ONE YEAR TO
JUNE 30, 1965
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the agreement
between the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision
of the State of California, and the City of South San Fran-
cisco, a general law city of the County of San Mateo, and
the Peninsula Humane Society, a California corporation,
wherein provision is made to extend for one year to June
30, 1965, the agreement previously executed between the
above parties dated the 5th day of July, 1960, is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
