CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS, FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
an agreement for maintenance of the State Highway in the
City of South San Francisco, effective as of July 1, 1964,
and to remain in effect until amended or terminated, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco has read said agreement in full and is familiar
with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that said agreement
for maintenance of the State Highway in the City is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said City.
