CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SAN BRUNO,
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, PROVIDING FOR THE
ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE POLICE
PROTECTION AND FIRE PREVENTION SERVICES TO
COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO.3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City ~ouncil of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
agreement entitled "Assignment of Agreements to Provide
Police Protection and Fire Protection Services - County
Service Area No.3", wherein provision is made for extension
of police protection and fire prevention services to
County Service Area No.3 (Westborough), is hereby author-
ized, and the Mayor of said City is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk
attests his signature thereto.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an adjourned remular
meeting held on the l~thday of July , 1964 ,
