CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL
OF GEORGE S. NOLTE CONSULTING CIVIL
ENGINEERS, INC. - CHESTNUT AVENUE
LOCATION STUDY, PHASE I
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that Phase I of the proposal of George
S. Nolte Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc., set forth in
the letter dated June 29, 1964, and the "Scope of Work"
attached thereto, dated June 26, 1964, be approved and
accepted, and George S. Nolte Consulting Civil Engineers,
Inc., be authorized to make the Study proposed on a time
and material basis not to exceed the sum of Fifteen Thous-
and Five Hundred Dollars ($15,500.00), fifty percent (50%)
of which shall be paid by the County of San Marco from its
Aid to Cities' Matching Fund and fifty percent (50%) to be
paid by the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned~regular
meeting held on the 15th day of Jul~
1964 , by the following vote:
