CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT AND RE-
COMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO
REZONE THE PROPERTY OF VALENTINO BALBI
(ASSESSOR'S PARCEL N0.11-262-3) AND ORDER-
ING ENDORSEMENTS AFFIXED TO SAID REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South
San Francisco has duly filed its report and recommendation
to rezone the property of Valentino Balbi (Assessor's Par-
cel No.11-262-3) Restricted Multiple Family Residential
District or R-3 District, after hearings and procedures in
accordance with the Government Code of the State of California
and relevant ordinances of the City of South San Francisco,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, after hearing duly conducted as required by law, desires
to approve said report and recommendation and endorse same
to show that it has been adopted by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that it does hereby approve
the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of
the City of South San Francisco, to wit: as set forth in its
Resolution No.1735 entitled "A Resolution Of The Planning
Commission Of The City Of South San Francisco Recommending
To The City Council Approval Of The Amendment Petition Of
Valentino Balbi To Rezone Assessor's Parcel No.11-262-3, Be-
ing 1 Acre, Located On The East Side Of Willow Avenue Between
The Miller Avenue Extension And The Lutheran Church Proper-
ty, From An R-1 And R-2 District To An R-3 District"; and
orders the endorsement of said report and recommendation
bN the MaNor of the CitN of South San Francisco, whose si~-
nature shall be attested to by the City Clerk to evidence
that said report and recommendation has been adopted by
the City Council.
