HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4000-1964RESOLUTION NO. 4000 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT AND RECOM- MENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION SET FORTH IN ITS RESOLUTION N0.1734 PASSED AND ADOPTED JUNE 8, 1964, RECOMMENDING THE REZONING OF THE PROPERTY OF BRUSCO & CASSINELLI (ASSESSOR'S PAR- CEL NOS. 11-270-1 AND 11-270-2) AND ORDERING EN- DORSEMENTS AFFIXED TO SAID REPORT AND RECOM- MENDATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco has duly filed its report and recommendation to rezone the property of Brusco & Cassinelli to a Restricted Multiple Family Residential District or R-3 District, after hearings and procedures in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California and relevant ordinances of the City of South San Francisco, and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fran- cisco, after hearing duly conducted as required by law, de- sires to approve said report and recommendation and endorse same to show that it has been adopted by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it does hereby approve the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco set forth in its Reso- lution No.1734 entitled "A Resolution Of The Planning Com- mission Of The City of South San Francisco Recommending To The City Council Approval Of The Amendment Petition Of Brusco & Cassinelli To Rezone Assessor's Parcel Nos. 11-270-1 And 11-270-2, being 6.5 acres, located On The East Side Of Willow Avenue Between Miller Avenue Extension And The Lutheran Church Property From An R-1 To An R-3 District"; and orders the endorsement of said report and recommendation by the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco whose signature shall be attested to by the City Clerk to evidence that said report and recommendation has been adopted by the City Council.
