CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FROM ARTHUR HASKINS, INC.,
A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, AND FRED FERRANDO
AND FLORENCE FERRANDO, HIS WIFE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the acceptance of that certain
Grant of Public Service Easement executed by Arthur Haskins,
Inc., and Fred Ferrando and Florence Ferrando, his wife,
wherein said parties grant to the City of South San Francisco
an easement for street and highway purposes and for the con-
struction, improvement, operation and maintenance of slopes
of excavation and deposits of excavation materials and the
construction of retaining walls, drainage culverts and
appurtenant structures over, across, through and under the
lands therein described together with a public utilities
easement over the lands therein described is hereby accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
