CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREE~NT WITH THE COUNr!~ OF SAN MATEO CON-
CERNING HICKEY BOULEVARD EXTENSION WITHIN
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT I%ESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the executio~ of that certain A~ree-
ment ,~ith the Co~.nty of San Mateo ~herein provision is made
that the City shall not be liable for any costs in connection
with the construction of said Hickey Bot~levard Extension, the
acquisition of highway rights of ~ay therefor, or litigation,
inc!udin{ any claims for inverse condemnation, with respect
thereto and the namin~ of City as co-insureds on all appli-
cable p~.blic liability insura~ce policies of County as therein
provided; and the Mayor is authorized to execute said A~ree-
ment on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
