CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHOR-
ITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
FOR SEWER SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal cor-
poration, and the Housing Authority of the City of South
San Francisco, a public corporation, wherein provision is
made for the rendering of sewer services to Industrial
Village, Cal.15-1, and payment for said services by the
Housing Authority, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of
the City is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City, and the City Clerk attests his signature there-
to.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of August
1964., by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT " None
