CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING FREEWAY AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented
an agreement entitled "Freeway Agreement" which concerns
State Highway Route 239 within the City of South San Fran-
cisco between the south city limits and 0.2 miles north of
King Drive, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that said agreement be,
and the same is, hereby approved, and the Mayor, the City
Manager and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same
on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a remular
meeting held on the ~rd day of August
1964 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Patrick E. Ahern, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
