CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM MARCO AND MARIE SENALDI FOR WATER
AND GAS LINES, ELECTRICAL AND TELEPHONE
WIRES, AND OTHER LIKE UTILITY FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Grant of Easement executed
the 21st day of July, 1964, by Marco and Marie Senaldi,
wherein said parties grant to the City of South San Fran-
cisco a perpetual easement with right of ingress and egress
for the purpose of installing, maintaining, repairing,
protecting and replacing underground water and gas line,
electrical and telephone wires, and other utility facil-
ities of like nature, along and across the lamds therein
described, is hereby accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of August
19 64 , by the following vote:
