CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REPORT OF
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SERVICES FEES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2011 -2012
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has given notice and on
June 22, 2011, held a public hearing as required by law on the subject stormwater management
service fees; and
WHEREAS, the fee rates imposed and reflected in the Report of Stormwater
Management Services Fees for Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 are the same as the unit rates imposed in
2010 -2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby adopts the Report of Stormwater Management Services Fees for Fiscal Year
2011 -2012, and directs that the rates so established shall be collected on the official tax
assessment roll, together with real property taxes, and that the amount shall constitute liens upon
the properties which shall be effective at the same time and to the same extent as is provided for
by the law in the case of real property taxes, with like penalties for delinquencies.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22 day of
June 2011 by the following vote:

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SERVICE CHARGES FOR 2011-201/
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 14.04.100 OF THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
In accordance with Chapter 14.04.100 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code, the following
report prepared as of June I, 2011, is submitted. This report describes the procedure tbr charging
those parcels of real property, which receive benefits of stormwater system services, and the
amount of the annual charge, which will be imposed against each parcel for fiscal year
2011-2012.
Summary of Charges
All single-family residential properties $ 124,031.12
All multi-family residential properties $ 67,834.80
(Including duplexes)
All commercial/industrial $ 216,819.88
Parking lots $ 13,248.92
Vacant $ 5.843.18
TOTAL 5 427,777.90
This report refers to and incorporates by reference the report entitled - Notice of Proposed City of
South San Francisco Stonnwater Management Program Rate Structure for fiscal year
2011-2012 prepared by and on file in the Office of the Technical Services Supervisor. That
report summarizes the 2011-2012 charges that will be proposed by the City Council on
June 22, 2011. Upon adoption of the proposed charges, or amendments thereto, a report entitled
- City of South San Francisco Stormvvater System Charges, prepared by Engineering Data
Services, Los Altos, California will be completed; it will describe the amount of annual charge
imposed against each parcel, by Assessor's Parcel Number, for Fiscal Year 2011-2012. All of
these documents, including this report, shall be filed with the County Tax Collector or Auditor.
Accompanying the tiling of this report shall be the Clerk's endorsement that the report has been
duly adopted by the City Council.
