RESOLUTION NO. 4023
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF REVISED MAP OF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California,
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has made modifications of
the boundaries of the proposed assessment district pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 3939 adopted by this Council
on May 18, 1964~ as delineated on the map of said district
filed with the City Clerk and County Clerk pursuant to Re-
solution No. 4013, adopted by this Council, on August 3, 1964,
to-wit:
In the course N 84°12'12" E south of the most westerly
portion of Forbes Boulevard change N to S and E to W;
in the course S e7°11'38'' E south of the northerly bound-
ary of Parcel No. 2 change e7 to 27~ in the distance
90.72' at the most easterly end of Forbes Boulevard at
the course S 50°00'00'' in the southeast line of Parcel
No. 13 east of Parcel No. 12 change the radius from
363.39' to 368.39'~ in the southeast line of Parcel i1
change East 11.97' to West 11.97'~ in the southwest line
of Parcel 14 change 468.64' to 468.54'~ in the north-
westerly line of the assessment district southerly of
the westerly portion of Forbes Boulevard relocate the
course and distance N 33°34'33'' E 5.64' to the south-
easterly side of the line and note on the northwesterly
side of the line that the portion of said line within
Lots 5, 6 and ? Mill and Tract has a distance of 329.62'
and the portion southwesterly thereof has a distance of
235.02'.
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the City
Clerk copies of said map as revised, with the notation there-
on that it is revised on August 13, 1964;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisigns of
Section 3113 of the Streets and Highways Code~ it is ordered
as follows:
That said revised map is preliminarily approved;
That the City Clerk file in his office a copy of

said map;

That not later than August 28~ 1964, the City
Clerk shall file with the County Clerk a copy of said re-
vised map with his certificate as to this order.
