RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COr.L~.CTION OFFICER
BUTL~ ROAD IMPR~ PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, California, that the City Treasurer of said City be, and he
is hereby, appointed as the person to whom payment of assessments
shall be made under Resolution of Intention No. 3943 adopted by this
Council on M~y 18, 1964, and that his office in the City Hall,
South San Francisco, Californl&, is hereby desi~nated as the place
at which the said payments will be made, and the Superintendent of
Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in connection with
collectin~ said assessments.
I hereby cerbify that the fore~oin~ resolution was re_~u-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting, held this
17th day of AuGust , 1962, by the followin_~ vote:
