CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN ADDENDUM AGREEMENT - MARCO WAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Addendum
Agreement for the improvement of Marco Way is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to sign said
Agreement on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the '17th day of August , 1964,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E, Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
