CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ASSO-
CIATED INVESTORS AND THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the agreement between
the Associated Investors and the City of South San Francisco,
wherein provision is made for the lease of land therein des-
cribed is hereby authorized and the Mayor of said City is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lIth day of August
1964, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
