A RESOLUTION POSTPONING TIME FOR
RECEIVING BIDS AND DIRECTING
NOTICE
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3939
adopted by this Council on May 18, 1964, this Council caused
bids to be noticed and to be received at 2:00 o'clock P.M.
of the 1st day of September, 1964; and
WHEREAS, competitive bidding for said improvements will
be served by enlarging said time;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. The time for receiving said bids is postponed to
3:00 o'clock P.M. of the 4th day of September, 1964, City Hall,
South San Francisco, California, at which time they will be
publicly opened, examined and declared by the City Clerk, who
will report them to the City Council at its meeting at 8:00
o'clock P.M. on the 8th day of September, 1964.
2. A copy of this notice shall be published in the
September 2~ 1964, issue of the South San Francisco Enterprise-
Journal.
3. The Engineer of Work shall cause an Addendum No. 2
to be issued so postponing said time and shall mail copies
thereof to all proposed bidders who have taken out plans,
on or before August 30, 1964~

larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meetiu~ held this
31st day of August , 196~, by the following vote:
