CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
AND INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
IN WESTBOROUGH - WEST PARK UNIT I AND II
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Agreement entitled "Agreement - Subdivision Improvements,
Westborough - West Park Units I and II", wherein provision
is made for the construction and installation of public
improvements in said area, is hereby authorized, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City, and City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
