CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FROM UNITED STATES
STEEL CORPORATION - BUTLER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the acceptance of a grant of
public service easement by United States Steel Corporation
wherein said Corporation grants to the City an easement
for street and highway purposes over the lands therein
described, and a public utilities easement over certain
lands therein described, is hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 8th day of September
by the following vote:
