HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4046-1964WHJM:EAW:ea 9/8/64 15 c RESOLUTION NO. ~046 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS BUTLER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the public interest and convenience require, and that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modi- fications in the assessment and diagram filed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3943 adopted by this Council on May 18, 1964, by eliminating diagram and assessment parcels numbered 16, 17 and 18 and by providing in their place parcels numbered 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 and by apportioning and distributing to them the total amount of the assessments on parcels 16, 17 and 18 according to benefits. Reference is hereby made to an amendment to the Engineer's Report on file with the City Clerk, entitled Amendment to Assessment and Modified Diagram of Parcels 16, 17 and 18 for Assessment, Butler Road Improvement. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 5th day of October, 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons interested therein. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be pub- lished once in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in said City and the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was pub- lished, and to be mailed to all property owners where assessments are increased, said publication and mailing to be at least ten days before said day of hearing. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 8th day of September, 196~ by the following vote: AYES, COUNC II~D~N Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi. None. None. ATTEST: City Clerk
