RESOLUTION NO. 4047
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF REVISED MAP OF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BUTLER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made modifications of the
boundaries of the proposed assessment district and has substituted
parcels numbered 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 for parcels numbered 16, l?
and 18, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3943 adopted by this
Council on May 18, 1964, as delineated on the map of said district
filed with the City Clerk and County Clerk pursuant to Resolution No.
, adopted by this Council on September 8, 1964;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed with the City Clerk copies
of said map as revised, entitled Modification of Diagram of Parcels
16, 17 and 18 for Assessment, Butler Road Improvement, Wilsey, Ham &
Blair, Sept. 1964;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Section
3113 of the Streets and Highways Code, it is ordered as follows:
1. That said revised map is preliminarily approved;
2. That the City Clerk file in his office a copy of said map;
and
3, That not later than September 18, 1964, the City Clerk
shall file with the County Clerk a copy of said revised map with his
certificate as to this order.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regularmeetingheld this 8th day of September,
