A RESOLUTION DIRECTING REASSESSMENT
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that
~[HEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with-
the City Clerk of said City, pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 2671, adopted by this Council on June 21, 1958, and said
assessment was confirmed by said Council on September 2, 1958
and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of
said City on September 3, 1958;
¥~HEREAS, in the opinion of this Council the assessments
designated in the Diagram and Assessment are void and ~unenforceable
and not effective through the curative provisions in relation
thereto;
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. That ~ilsey, Ham and Blair, the Engineer of Work, be, and
it iS hereby, instructed to prepare a reasssessment as to said
parcels, by assessing upon and against each of said parcels of
land the benefits derived and to be derived by each of said
parcels from the work estimated as of the date of filing the
original assessment in the Clerk's Office'.
Y hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 8th day of September,
196~ by the following vote:
