CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM VICTOR S.
SWANSON AND ANNIE J. SWANSON, HIS WIFE
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Grant of Easement contained
in the document entitled "Grant of Easement", dated Sep-
tember 11, 1964, and executed by Annie J. Swanson and
Victor S. Swanson, wherein an easement is granted for
the installation, maintenance and operation of a trunk
sanitary sewer line and the necessary equipment and appurt-
enance thereto, across, upon, in and over the land de-
scribed therein, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk
is authorized to record said Grant in the official re-
cords of San Mateo County.
