RESOLUTION NO. 4057
A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON REASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING NOTICE
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Directing Reassessment,
adopted by this Council on September 8, 1964, the Engineer of
Work of said City has filed, or is about to file with this
Council, a reassessment, together with a diagram thereto attached,
of all assessments formerly assessed under Resolution of Intention
No. 2671 adopted by this Council on June 21, 1958;
WHEREAS, said reassessment is to be against parcels
designated and more particularly shown on the assessment diagram,
recorded pursuant to said Resolution of Intention, on file in the
office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for
further particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Monday, the 19th day
of OGtober , 1964~ at the hour of 8 O0 o'clock P.M.
in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California,
be and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for
hearing said reassessment before said Council.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the City Clerk of said City
shall advertise the time of such hearing before the Council by
publishing this resolution twice in the Enterprise Journal, a
newspaper published and circulated in said City, and hereby
designated for that purpose.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly iutroduced aud adooted by the Citp Council of the
City of South Sau Francisco at a regular meeting held this
Rlst day of September , 1964, by the followiu~ vote:
