A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
BUTt.W~ ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. ~0~6 of this
ordering same, adopted on September 8,~196~, notice has been duly
given of the intention of this Council to change and modify the
proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 3943 adopted on
May 18, 1964; and
WH~EAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard,
and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifica-
tions were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
Ail protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.

The changes and modifications in the proceedings under
said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as more particula~ly
described and set forth in said Resolution No. ~0~6.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the~ City of
South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
5th day of October , 1964, by the following vote:
