CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
DREDGING COLMA CREEK AND TRIBUTARIES - 1964
RENTAL OF 1~ YARD DRAGLINE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City
Council and published notice, bids were publicly opened,
examined and declared on the 29th day of September ,
19 64 for the work to be done and the improvement to be
made.as described and specified in Resolution No. 4051
entitled "A RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS~ AUTHOR-
IZING THE WORK AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF
COLMA CREEK AND TRIBUTARIES~1964''.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing the work and improve-
ments and furnishing the materials, supplies and equip-
ment necessary therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder,
to wit: M & K CORPORATION
at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said success-
ful bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all bonds
in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said
City is hereby directed--.to attest his signature and
affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco at a remular
meeting held on the ~th day of October
1964 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli. Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
